Our Selection Checklist Guide!



Partnerships are not solely formed with a mere agreement. In the leasing industry, background checks are essential before signing in. Here in Landmark Property Management, we have the Residential Selection Criteria that would aid us in screening and pre-qualifying applicants. This criteria also serves as a guide for our future tenants to be well informed of our company's requirements.


To aspiring occupants, have a pen and paper ready! Here are the things you need to remember!


  • Applicants ages 18 and above must present proof of identity and secure a complete lease application. They are also required to pay a non-refundable application fee for Tenant Verification Services.

  • Remember that your consolidated income should be equivalent to three times monthly rent. We want to make sure that you are financially capable of paying your dues!

  • Good credit history does matter! Landmark only qualifies people who have clean records within the past five years. A minimum of 580 credit score is also a criterion in the application.

  • As earning individuals, we need you to prepare tax returns or proof of income.

  • Within 24 hours after approval, applicants should pay a security deposit amounting to one month's rent unless stated otherwise.

Given that standard, Landmark is willing to team up with law-abiding, honest, and reliable people!
