Agent Referrals

We value our agent partners greatly!  We know that you depend on us to be a great representation of you and that's not taken lightly.  All referrals from agents are added to our system attached to the agent's license number so that when your referral gets ready to sell their investment property, we will notify you to pick up with them!

We offer a 20% referral fee of the fee collected for Tenant Procurement referrals and a $50 referral fee for Property Management contracts. We offer 20% of a full month of a tenant's rent as Buyer Agent Commission.
