Angela Hornburg, the Broker for Landmark Property Management learned the ropes of property management during the Great Recession. Before short sales became main stream, she got certified as a property manager in Florida to help manage homes that couldn't be sold.
After moving to Texas in 2012, Angela created a residential real estate team and focused on sales while occasionally representing landlords to procure tenants for their homes. As the need grew in the market for full-time property management and tenant procurement services she started Landmark Property Management as a way to answer the demand.
Now, we are thriving by helping property owners protect their investments and create a quality housing options for qualified tenants. It's a win-win!
